Your credit union is doing it all with you in mind. You can now access your share and loan balances with CECU's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. It's as easy as 1. 2. 3.
- DIAL 623-8239.
- ENTER your credit union account number. Example: 000123 (see your quarterly statement).
- ENTER your date of birth. Example: (yy/mm/dd) 990101. An option will be announced for you to change your password. When you do, this will be your new personal PIN number.
